Delete your account

1. In the Crabo app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap ⚙️ Settings.
3. In Privacy & data, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with Yes, delete my account.

The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

2. In the Telegram Mini App or on the website

1. Open the Mini App from our Telegram bot, or sign in on the website.
2. Go to Profile → ⚙️ Settings (the page /profile/settings).
3. In Privacy & data, choose Delete account and confirm.

3. Without the app, by email

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, write to privacy@tenniswarsaw.club with the subject "Delete my account". Tell us how you signed in (your Telegram username, Google or email address, or phone number) so we can find the account. To protect you from someone else deleting it, we may ask you to confirm the request from that email address or Telegram account.

We delete the account within one month of receiving the request, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

4. What we delete

When the account is deleted we immediately:

• replace your name with "Deleted" and erase your contact details (phone, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), your Telegram and Google identifiers, your date of birth and the other optional details of your profile;
• delete your sign-in accounts and sign-in links, so nobody can sign in as you;
• delete your profile photo, your videos and every other file you uploaded;
• delete your devices' push-notification registrations and your notification settings;
• delete the history of messages between you and our Telegram bot, and your support requests;
• delete the chat messages you sent, your open slots and offers, and your court alerts;
• delete the reactions you gave and received, the reviews you wrote, your blocks, favourite clubs and achievements;
• remove your name, Telegram ID and username from event history (registrations, score history and archives);
• if you are a coach: delete your coach profile with its photos and video, working hours, time off, lesson offers and lesson schedule.

5. What we keep, and for how long

• Sports results. Tournament draws, match scores, league tables and rankings stay complete so that other players' records remain correct; they stay linked to an anonymous player named "Deleted". We keep them as long as the service keeps its sports history.
• Payment records. Records of entry fees, balance transactions, refunds and donations stay linked to the anonymous player for 5 years from the end of the year in which they were made, because accounting and tax law require it.
• Safety records. Reports about content and decisions to restrict an account are kept as long as needed to handle the case, any appeal and possible legal claims.
• Backups. Deleted data can remain in encrypted database backups for a limited time, until those backups are overwritten.
• Telegram. Messages our bot has already sent you, and posts in the club's Telegram group that mention you, stay in Telegram's history. On request we delete the posts we published that name you, where Telegram allows it.
• Social networks. If you agreed to appear in a club video, we remove it from our channels when you ask.

6. How long it takes

Deleting in the app, the Mini App or on the website takes effect immediately. Requests by email are completed within one month. Copies in backups disappear when the backups are overwritten.

7. Download your data first

Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data: Profile → ⚙️ Settings → Privacy & data → Download my data. It contains all the personal data we hold about you. On the website you get a my-data.json file; in the app the share sheet opens with the same data.

8. Deleting some data without deleting the account

You can remove your photo, videos or optional details by editing your profile, turn notifications off in Settings → Notifications, and hide yourself from match search with Open to matches. For anything else, for example to delete particular messages or photos, write to privacy@tenniswarsaw.club. Your rights are described in the privacy policy.
